| Sun protection fabrics
made by Schmitz-Werke GmbH & Co. KG are produced exclusively
in Germany on state-of-the-art looms and finishing machines.
We guarantee the quality properties of
swelacryl and swela sunsilk fabrics for 5 years (with
the exception of the Inspiration series*). Any case of
improper use or inappropriate use of the qualities
leads to the loss of the guarantee, likewise incorrect
handling and attempts at cleaning using non-recommended
products. Vandalism, fire and damaged caused by the environment,
normal wear and tear and any consequential costs occurred
in the making and assembling are, of course, not covered
by this guarantee. |

The following fall under
the category of normal use: soiling of any sort and soiling
caused by the environment. Any complaints must be reported
within two weeks after detection per registered letter
to the Schmitz-Werke GmbH & Co. KG together with clear
indication of delivery (e.g. a copy of invoice issued
by Schmitz-Werke GmbH & Co. KG, label from the item
or similar proof).
* There are deviations in the documented specifications
for the Youngline and Inspiration series (please refer
to Particularities).
